General Provisions
Given the technological complexity of the implemented project, an improved model contract has been approved at the legislative level. This contract includes the development of a proprietary procedure for organizing the procurement of goods, works, and services by the subsoil user in accordance with Clause 66 of Contract No. 5238-UVS-SP dated June 21, 2023, for the exploration and production of hydrocarbons at the "Karaton Subsalt" subsoil site, located in the Atyrau and Mangystau regions.
